How is the revenue split?
50/50. You get half of the Spotify revenue your shows earn. Each month's statement in your portal shows the revenue per show and your share.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly. Add your payout details in the portal (PayPal, Wise or a bank transfer), then request your available balance once it's above the minimum payout, currently $50. We pay it and email you the reference.
Do I have to upload or edit anything?
No. Keep uploading to YouTube as you do now. We publish your new long-form videos to Spotify on your show's posting schedule. Shorts aren't published.
Where do the ads go?
We place the ad breaks near the start of each episode, so your videos don't need any changes.
Do I sign a contract?
Yes, a content licence and revenue share agreement. You read and sign it online in your portal after approval, and Cadia Studios countersigns it straight away.
Who owns the content?
You do. You must own the videos (or be authorised by their owner) and grant Cadia Studios the right to publish them on Spotify under the agreement.
Why do I put a code in my channel description?
It proves you run the channel. Paste the code anywhere in your channel's description (or a recent video's description), press Check now, and remove it once it shows Verified.
